Who we are

This website is run by Ceballos Contracting, a licensed general contractor (CGC1541486) in Tampa, FL. "We", "us" and "our" mean Ceballos Contracting. Questions about this policy go tosales@ceballoscontracting.com or (813) 451-3695.

What we collect, and why

When you use the estimator

We collect your answers to the project questions, the estimated range they produce, and the contact details you enter (first name and mobile number, whether you'd like a text or a call, and your ZIP code and email if you add them), plus when you hope to start if you tell us. We use this to prepare for your walkthrough and to follow up about your project.

Please note: if you type a mobile number on the estimator's contact step and then leave without submitting, the number and name you entered are still sent to us, marked as unfinished, so Eric can follow up. If you would rather we did not contact you, tell us and we will delete it.

When you use the contact form

We collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, project type and message, and use them to reply to you and discuss your project.

When you call us

If you reach our site from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number, so we can tell which ads lead to calls. Google records details such as the call's time, length and area code.

Automatically, as you browse

Like most websites, we collect information about how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons and phone links tapped, how far people get through the estimator, videos played, the device and browser, and roughly where visitors are (city level, from the IP address). This comes from Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to recognise a returning browser and to connect a visit to the ad that led to it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website, each of which handles it on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Google provides Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager, and serves the site's fonts.
• Sanity stores the site's written content and images. It does not receive your form details.
• Resend delivers the estimate email and PDF when you ask for one, from estimates@ceballoscontracting.com.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It may look at your browser and connection while you fill in a form.
• Twilio checks that the phone number you give us is a real, working number. It does not call or text you.
• Zapier receives estimator and contact form submissions and passes them to the tools we use to organise and respond to enquiries.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, emailsales@ceballoscontracting.com.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google'sbrowser add-on, and control ad personalisation atGoogle's ad settings.
• We will not text you marketing messages. If that ever changes, we will ask first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to discuss or carry out your project and to keep normal business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings. The estimator also keeps your latest estimate in your own browser until you close the tab.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment details through our forms.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
