What we were asked to do
This historic Tampa home renovation balances period charm with modern function. A stunning arched brick alcove was uncovered and restored as a coat hook area. The original fireplace was preserved with fresh white trim and custom mantel. Updates include neutral paint, terrazzo-look flooring, LED lighting, restored arches, new carpet, crown molding, and upgraded electrical—all maintaining historic character.
